Award Presentation and Concluding Ceremony of Yajnam 2K25
The Award Presentation and Concluding Ceremony of Yajnam 2K25 was conducted on 09 March 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Fatima College Auditorium. The program began with a prayer, creating a calm and respectful atmosphere for the gathering. The ceremony started with the welcome address delivered by Abdul Latheef, who warmly welcomed the dignitaries, participants, teachers, and students present for the event. The introductory speech was delivered by Shibin P. James, who explained the importance of programs like Yajnam. He highlighted that such initiatives provide students with opportunities to showcase their talents, develop confidence, and actively participate in cultural and social activities.
The presidential address was delivered by Joseph Mar Thomas, who emphasized the role of educational institutions in nurturing creativity, leadership, and social responsibility among students. The concluding ceremony was formally inaugurated by Aryadan Shoukath, who appreciated the efforts of the NSS unit and the college for organizing such a meaningful program that encourages students to express their talents and abilities. The award presentation ceremony followed, during which the award citation was read by Sabu Ponmeli. Prizes were then distributed to the winners of the competitions. In the team category, GHSS Pookkottumpadam secured the first prize, followed by NHSS Erumamunda in second place and Emor Girls HSS Palad in third place. The Special Jury Award was presented to Marthoma HSS Chungathara. In the individual category, the first prize was won by Megha Ann Sonu (GHSS Edakkara), the second prize by Hestia Mary Jaison (CKHSS Manimooly), and the third prize by Sana Nasrin U (GHSS Pookkottumpadam). The keynote address was delivered by Bobby C. Mambra, who highlighted the importance of youth participation in social and cultural development and encouraged students to actively involve themselves in such programs. A message was delivered by Abraham Pathackal George, who congratulated the organizers and participants for their sincere efforts in making the program a great success. The ceremony concluded with a sense of accomplishment and celebration, marking the successful completion of Yanjam 2K25.
