The  NSS Unit of Fathima Arts and Science College, Moothedam organized a Nature Camp at Attappadi, Palakkad on 17th & 18th  August 2026.

As part of the camp, volunteers visited  Attappad an ecologically significant tribal area.The session was held at a hilltop in the early morning hours where a resource person interacted with the volunteers about nature conservation, tribal life and environmental protection.Also included the games and classes at the Attapadi camp centre its brings up an insight of NSS in the minds of volunteers.NSS volunteers in their official uniform actively participated in the session. The camp helped students to understand nature, develop social responsibility and experience life close to nature.A total of 43 volunteers participated in the trip with the  NSS officers ,Mr. Abdul Latheef (Departmenf of Arabic)& Mrs. Mursila Nasri CK (Department of commerce) with  Ms.Shifna (Department of Malayalam)&Mr. Nikhil C (Department of Commerce) accompanied with the volunteers.
