The Faculty Development Program (FDP) was organized by the Fathima Academic Center for Excellence (FACE) in association with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Fathima Arts and Science College, Moothedam. The program was conducted on 13th February 2026 (Friday) at 10:00 AM at Island Kadalundy.
The primary objective of the Faculty Development Program was to enhance the professional competencies, soft skills, and motivational capacity of faculty members. The initiative aimed at empowering educators with modern teaching strategies, improved communication skills, leadership qualities, and innovative academic practices to meet evolving educational standards.
The resource person for the session was Trainer Anas Anwer Babu, an ASAP Master Trainer, Soft Skills Trainer, and Motivational Trainer. He delivered an engaging and inspiring session focusing on personality development, effective classroom communication, emotional intelligence, stress management, teamwork, and leadership development. Through interactive activities, real-life examples, and practical exercises, the trainer encouraged faculty members to adopt learner-centered approaches and cultivate a growth mindset.
